We're proud to celebrate local student-athletes making an impact on and off the field. Thanks to our community of customers, every vehicle purchase helps us give directly back to local schools and sports programs!
Weekly Honors: Featured players receive an exclusive gear package complete with a custom swag bag, Thomas Automotive Owala bottle, Player of the Week sweatshirt, and a $25 Sheetz gift card.
Grand Prize Scholarship: At the end of the regular season, one standout student-athlete will be awarded the $1,000 Thomas Automotive Sports Beat Scholarship for their future education.

Subaru Loves the Earth - Arbor Day Tree Giveaways
In celebration of Subaru Loves the Earth month, Thomas Bedford Subaru partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation to help grow a greener Bedford! Our showroom got a little extra green as we welcomed a beautiful delivery of ready-to-plant saplings, all waiting to head to their new homes in our community.
These free trees do so much more than just look good-they help cool our neighborhoods, improve air quality, and provide vital habitats for local wildlife. A huge thank you to everyone who reserved and picked up a sapling to plant in their own backyard. We love supporting our local environment and appreciate our community's dedication to keeping Bedford beautiful!
Bedford Food Outreach Share the Love Donation
We wrapped up the Subaru Share the Love Event with a heart full of gratitude! Thanks to the incredible support of our customers, Thomas Subaru was able to present a check for $6,370 to our hometown charity, Bedford Food Outreach.
These funds go directly toward fighting food insecurity and supporting families right here in the Bedford community. We are so proud to partner with organizations making a real, daily impact on our neighbors. Thank you to everyone who bought, leased, or serviced a vehicle during the event to help make this donation possible!
Exclusive Automotive Sponsor of Saint Francis University Athletics
Thomas Automotive is making it official! We are incredibly proud to serve as the exclusive automotive sponsor for Saint Francis University, and we recently celebrated by handing over the keys to a brand-new Subaru Outback to support the Red Flash athletic department.

Easter for Eli Basket Drive
Our hearts-and our showroom-were officially full this spring! A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by Thomas Bedford to donate to the Easter for Eli basket drive. Because of your incredible generosity, we were able to collect a showroom's worth of beautiful baskets ready to bring smiles to hospitalized children.

9th Annual Downtown Bedford Chocolate Walk
Thomas Automotive was thrilled to be the sweetest spot in town for the 9th Annual Chocolate Walk! Two fun-filled Saturdays, greeting everyone out hunting for the elusive Golden Ticket.
To add to the excitement, our team hosted a "Pick a Card, Any Card" giveaway where every single person walked away a winner-scoring either a classic chocolate treat or the ultimate prize of a free oil change! From the Willy Wonka vibes of the first weekend to the Harry Potter magic of the second, we had a fantastic time catching up with our incredible community. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to say hello and play along!
Pet Adoption Event with Bedford County Humane Society
We had an absolute blast hosting our local pet adoption event right here at Thomas Subaru! It was a beautiful, sunny day filled with a lot of love, delicious bites from the La Feight Family Concessions food truck, and, best of all, some incredibly sweet dogs and kittens looking for their forever homes.
We are so proud to partner with our local shelters to help these amazing animals find the loving families they deserve. A huge thank you to everyone who came out, grabbed some food, and supported a great cause-or even left with a new best friend!

Parking for a Good Cause
We were thrilled to be a proud sponsor of the Bedford Fall Foliage Festival! As part of our commitment to the community, we opened up our parking lot behind the Square Center building to be used for parking during the festival. All proceeds on Weekend 1 went to the Bedford Cross-Country and Track team. On Weekend 2 of the festival, parking spots in our lot were available for purchase to benefit the Bedford Girls Basketball team. We're proud to be part of a community that values its athletes.
Thanksgiving Food Drive a Success!
We were so grateful to host a Thanksgiving food drive this year! Thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to collect a significant amount of food donations. We're especially thankful for Weis Food Markets for their large contribution.

Aiming to bring comfort to patients undergoing treatment, Thomas Automotive's team delivered cozy blankets to the center. These blankets are a gesture of support for both the patients and the dedicated staff at the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.

Bedford County Pink Ribbon Fund Receives Generous Donation from Thomas Subaru
Thomas Subaru recently presented a heartwarming donation to the Bedford County Pink Ribbon Fund. The contribution stemmed from the Subaru Share the Love Event, a national initiative where Subaru dealerships donate a portion of proceeds from new car sales or leases to charities chosen by customers.
Recognizing the critical role the Pink Ribbon Fund plays in supporting local breast cancer patients and survivors, Thomas Subaru designated the organization as a beneficiary. This generous donation will significantly impact the Fund's ability to offer financial assistance, emotional support, and vital resources to those in need.
Kathy Erlichman, a two-time breast cancer survivor and the Fund's Chairperson, was present to receive the contribution. The donation exemplifies Thomas Subaru's commitment to giving back to the community and supporting causes that matter most.
Car Wash Fundraiser
The Thomas Bedford car wash fundraiser was a hit! Our community came together to support the Chestnut Ridge Recreational Cheer team and got their cars sparkling clean in the process. They also enjoyed delicious treats from Jenny's Sweet Treats and Jackie's Groovy Cheese Truck!

Thomas Subaru and Operation Warm Join Forces to Provide Winter Essentials to Children in Need
In the spirit of Subaru Loves to Help® month, Thomas Subaru proudly filled a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness and donated brand-new winter essentials to the Center for Community Action. This ensured that local children received the crucial gear they need to stay warm and comfortable throughout the winter season. This will not only allow them to attend school without worry but also empower them to participate in winter activities with their peers. We believe the impact of this initiative extends far beyond providing warmth. When children feel confident and comfortable in their winter gear, they are better equipped to focus on learning, build friendships, and participate fully in every aspect of their lives. Each coat, shoe, and sock represents a symbol of hope, empowerment, and the unwavering belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive and reach their full potential.
The Humane Society's rescue of 90 dogs prompted Thomas to make donations to support the effort
The recent rescue of 90 dogs from neglect by the Bedford County Humane Society is a powerful reminder of their unwavering commitment to animal welfare. Their compassion in the face of such suffering inspires deep admiration. These tireless individuals dedicate themselves to making a difference for animals in need, and their stories remind us of the incredible impact we can all have. Inspired by their actions, we filed a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek and donated food and a check to support the ongoing care and rehabilitation of these rescued pups. However, the need for community support remains constant. The Humane Society relies heavily on your generosity to continue their vital work.
Subaru Share the Love Event at Thomas Bedford Subaru
During the Subaru Share the Love event, Thomas Subaru donated $250 to your choice of charities with every new Subaru purchased or leased. They also donated an additional $100 to the Bedford County Pink Ribbon Fund for each vehicle sold or leased in your community. Additionally, Thomas Subaru donated $5 to their Hometown Charity for every Subaru vehicle routine service visit during the Share the Love Event.
